FX Fest 2024
This October Half Term, be a part of FX Fest 2024! Over three days, young filmmakers will celebrate a range of different scary movie special effects.
In age-tiered crews – Studio 2 / Studio 3 / Studio 4 – filmmakers taking part will explore how to create a series of different production and post-production special fx including models, prosethetics, sfx makeup, as well as visual and editing effects too.
Throughout the workshop, they will create their own effects using different techniques and they will capture their creativity on camera to bring you a stunning showreel full of spectacular special fx!
The workshop is open to ages 7-14:
Studio 2: Ages 7-9 (School Years 3-4)
Studio 3: Ages 9-11 (School Years 5-6)
Studio 4: Ages 11-14 (School Years 7-9)
