Please be aware that all guests (aside from babies) require a ticket, including film students. Please make sure to book a seat for everyone attending!

About the Event: 

We’re delighted to showcase the latest productions made by Sparks Film School students in Balham! During the summer term each year, Sparks Film School students enter The Camera Games, a nationwide challenge for students to produce an end of year project that spotlights their talents and abilities as filmmakers.

This will be the first time the films have been screened, to an invited audience of friends and family members. We’ll celebrate all the on-screen (and off-screen) achievements of the young crews with a red carpet entrance, the premiere screening, Q&A and presentations, followed by a meet-and-greet reception.

About Sparks Film School Balham: 

Sparks Balham is a vibrant youth film school where young filmmakers ages 7–18 step into the shoes of real film directors, cinematographers, screenwriters, and actors. In our weekly studios and holiday camps, students develop filmmaking craft, teamwork, and creative confidence. They work with real filmmaking equipment to turn original ideas into complete short films. Today’s showcase is a celebration of their hard work, dedication, and boundless imagination!
