Studio 5 – Advanced Filmmaking is our advanced pre-university filmmaking programme for young people aged 14+.

Designed for ambitious young filmmakers who are serious about film and television production, students work with high-end professional equipment while developing advanced creative and technical skills in a real production environment.

Guided by industry-active filmmakers, students explore directing, cinematography, lighting, editing, screenwriting and professional production workflows while creating original films built for festivals, portfolios and future opportunities.

Students also work towards the nationally recognised Arts Award qualification, with the opportunity to progress towards Gold Arts Award and earn valuable UCAS points for university applications.

Studio 5 Advanced Filmmaking is for young creatives who want more than a hobby. It is for those who want to push themselves creatively, collaborate with like-minded filmmakers and develop the confidence, leadership and original thinking that technology and AI cannot replace.

Membership:

Monthly Membership: £147.50 per month

Termly Membership: £590.00 per term

Membership is available on a monthly/termly basis, which is automatically renewable each month or each term as selected. Members are required to give at least one month’s notice of cancellation. Please take a look at our Terms & Conditions for more details.
